About Hank

NOT CHARGING A FEE BECAUSE HE NEEDS RESCUED FROM COLD ASAP! He's not mine, I'm posting this for my uncle who 'rescued' him from a house where he was constantly chained up and neglected. Conditions didn't improve much with my uncle, except that he had food and shelter. Unfortunately, my uncle has been evicted since he wasn't supposed to have pets. And now he's living with us, but the poor dog is sleeping outside on a chain with no shelter (we're not set up here to care for a large dog, nor can we afford to get him any sort of protection from the weather). He's not overly aggressive, but he's very energetic and bored, possibly has some trauma given how my uncle has shouted and threatened Hank for barking and jumping on him. I'm not sure if his previous owners were physically abusive or just neglectful, only that he's spent most of his life alone on a chain and unable to run about. Doesn't seem vicious, just overly enthusiastic. Not good with small animals and possibly children.
