Thank you for expressing interest in one of our rescue dogs. If a dog is listed on our website and there is NO label 'Pending adoption' in their picture, it means they are currently available for adoption: https://amazingdogs.org/available-dogs/ You can meet and possibly adopt our rescue doggies at one of the many adoption events that we organize on Saturdays and Sundays in CA and OR: https://amazingdogs.org/adoption-events We only facilitate same-day adoptions. If you attend one of our events and find a doggy that is a good match for you and your family, you can take them home on the spot and become their new pawrent. If you would like to reserve a specific doggy and have us bring them to the event of your choice, you can do so by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50 to our Venmo or Zelle account (619-918 2142 in the name of Amazing Dogs; pls indicate your telephone number). This deposit will go towards the adoption fee. After receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation and list the doggy on our website as 'Pending Adoption'. If you decide not to adopt one of our Amazing Dogs, the $50 is considered a compensation for the transportation costs. All our doggies come with their health record and have received all necessary medical care, which includes (but is not limited to) all vaccines, de-wormer, anti-flea/tick medication, microchip and of course spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fee is $500. Only in California the fee for babies under a year old is $600. Please consider this not as a price you pay for the doggy, but as a (tax deductible) donation to our charity so we can continue our work and take care of the 250+ dogs in our shelter.
