About Red Skelton

Red Skelton is a 1 1/2 year old beagle weighing about 35 lbs. And, as you can see by his pictures. he adores toys! He will gather 2-4 of them up in his mouth at one time and carry them around if he can. Toys are his 'woobies'! It's so cute! Red Skelton goes out in the play yards with a mixture of male & female dogs and does fine but he is a slightly dominant male so he likes to play with the girls the most. When his mouth doesn't have a toy in it, he seems to always have a smile on his face. He does get so much enjoyment out of playing chase & wrestling with the other dogs that we would prefer that he go to a home with a playful female. Red is very friendly and outgoing with people as well. He was found as a stray and ended up at a high kill shelter; he was on the euthanasia list due to overcrowding and we were asked to help. He is just a wonderful boy! Red Skelton's adoption fee is $200; he is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations as well as heartworm preventative.
