About Charlie

Charlie!! Location: Raleigh, NC but can be transported to the right adopter! Rescue: Arcadia Animal Rescue He was saved from euthanasia back in June by Arcadia Animal Rescue and I've been fostering him since. He obviously had an owner before-knows lots of commands: sit, shake, down, drop, 'go ''|he was already neutered before he was found as a stray, approximated to be 7 years old, he is totally house trained and has had no accidents since I got him and makes it during my 10-hour work days. He loves to play with my (male) dog and has been around 2 other (female) fosters I've had at my house over the past 5 months and enjoyed playing with them but I always do **slow** introductions. He also is content resting/sleeping most of the day. He would love a backyard to romp around in but has done fine with a couple of walks a day, since I don't have a yard. He's medium energy. He is a bit leash reactive (and I do not take him to dog parks due to that) from what I assume is due to him being under-socialized but he's getting a lot better with this. He would do best in a home with adults, possibly grown kids/teens, and no cats, as he likes to play rough sometimes and can be protective of his food/toys with dogs (never shows issues with me but I like to avoid any issues with small kids)!
