Twister is a 3yr old, male Chihuahua. He is a sweet, affectionate guy that will quickly steal your heart! Outgoing & Spunky lil fella. He loves to play with his toys, romp with his foster siblings & chew his bones. Loves to always be in the action. He loves blankets & you can often be found burrowed deep in a pile of blankets. Twister was found wandering in a neighborhood all alone. After weeks of waiting we sadly realized that an owner wasn't looking for him. He is now loving life in foster care! He is praying for a forever home soon!
