This handsome guy was dumped with a buddy in our neighborhood. A dog-friendly neighbor has been feeding him, loving on him, had him heartworm tested (negative!), and up to date on rabies and HW prevention. He needs a loving home to keep him from getting HIT in the road. Will make a GREAT companion dog if you have a fence (he does love to wander and visit other dogs). PLEASE HELP! Roscoe is a GREAT BOY!
