Hi there, friend. Are you looking for a super sweet, super cute, mellow pup to fill your home with love and soulful baroos? Well, my name is Sunjoy and I know that I check off each one of those boxes! I am an 11 year old Plott Hound that is looking for a home with a good sunny spot to snooze in. I came to SVASC when my person could unfortunately no longer care for me, but thankfully, I quickly moved in with my pawsome foster dad, who has been taking great care of me and giving me all of the love since I arrived at his house, but he keeps telling me that there's a special someone out there for me and oh man, am I excited to meet that someone! I hope that they know how to give me the best ear rubs and that they don't mind if I stretch out on the couch! I am mostly house-trained, but I am an older gal and so sometimes accidents happen. That being said, I am a very tidy pup and try not to make a mess. I am also superb on leash and almost never pull (unless I spot a snack on the floor; then all bets are off.) I am great with other dogs and am even good around kiddos! I have lost my hearing in my old age, but that's quite alright because it hasn't slowed me down any.
