About Hercules

Hercules is a big sweet baby who loves attention and pets. He needs some time to get used to a new surrounding/owner but once that is done he is a big love bear who will make a great part of your family. Due to our current living situation and unforeseen family issues, we can not provide the care, attention and affection he needs. He has stayed with us for the last 4 years and his been an amazing part of our family. Also living beside our pet cat whom he loves like a brother. He has spent time with other dogs and cats as well from dogsitting which he's had no problems with. He does have some separation anxiety which he got over within a few months of being with us. He does get somewhat protective over his food and toys to the point of barking/growling but has never bit anyone/animal whos' come in contact with him. We found out 4 months ago that he does have heartworms and we have been treating it monthly with medication but we are not able to afford it anymore. He loves to go on walks or spend time in parks playing or just having a good time. If we cannot find someone to adopt him we will be forced to bring him to a shelter and I really don't want that for him cause he is like family to us. We hope that you can adopt and make him apart of your family just as he has been to us these last 4 years.
