Biscuit is super good with kids(ours are 8 and 10 now) and adults, very friendly and compassionate. He's 2yrs and 8mo old, potty trained and know basic commands. The problem we have is that when he was a puppy around a year old, the neighbor dog attacked him and injured Biscuit when their family was over visiting us on our property. They fought again when he was around 2 and now that he was bigger he was the one leaving damage to their dog. We live out in the country and leave our dogs separated, but Biscuit has broken free from his chain outside a couple times when he sees the neighbor dog and attacked him again. They leave their dog outside all day and has made it difficult for us. He's great with smaller dogs, but I'm afraid if you have an aggressive dog they will not clash well. We've tried surrendering him to the Humane Society, but because we said he has attacked another dog, no matter the circumstances, they will not take him in to re-home him or put him up for adoption. He's a great family dog and want to find him a friendly home. The neighbor's want him gone immediately and our only option is to surrender him to be euthanized, which I can't fathom to do, but we're running out of time. Please help if you are able!
