About Sammy

Our little monkey, Sammy, is a fun-loving boy who loves everyone and is up for anything! He loves hanging with dogs, kiddos, and big humans, too. Sammy was in the shelter for 2 months before we noticed him in the shelter's yard, playing around with the big dogs and rolling around on the fake grass. He has a sense of humor and an ear-to-ear smile that only got wider once we rescued him and got him to foster! Sammy knows basic commands and is house trained. Though he enjoys a nice hike, he's just as content going on a few leisurely walks in your neighborhood. He rides well in the car and doesn't show any separation anxiety.
