Rosco was pulled from animal control to save his life. He went immediately with a foster caretaker who has had him since 8/16. Recently he went ot another foster because he accidentally had to save himself from his brand new bed, and the results were a giant fluff factory. Anyway, first foster caretaker had no sense of adventure. Rosco is a sweet, loving little guy who would do best in a busy family with kids over age 8.
