Sally can be a bit of a Prima Donna but she is drop dead gorgeous, so she's entitled. After all, Calico's are rare and prized for their beauty. Sally likes to proceed at her own pace rather than be pushed into something she's not quite ready for. I believe this trait will disappear once she's in a home of her own and feels safe again. She came to us as a stray and it's a big scary world out there when you are all alone and abandoned or lost. Sally was weak, hungry, part of her paw was missing, her tiny body was infested with fleas and had infection in both eyes. I took her to the veterinarian where she was treated for fleas, deworming and was sent home with a treatment for her eyes. She's in better shape and ready for a new home. Sally has the vision of loveliness who longs for a home of her own. She wants to be loved for who she is and looked after and cared for so she can relax again; enjoying life. Take Sally for a couple of weeks and see if she's the kitty you and family are looking for.
