About Redd

I am 'Redd.' I am looking for a permanent family to grow up with. I am very smart and adaptable. As a young lady, my curiousity has led me away from my first home into a foster home where I have been showered with affection and learned to relax and enjoy a dog sister as well. I may not initially trust you but I can quickly be won over with affection and attention. I am learning to amuse myself and like to chill with my surroundings. Curling up next to my human, sunning myself on the deck, or running in the yard. 10% of my time, I am puppylike, trying to understand the world. I can jump a baby gate and leap onto the 3.5' retaining wall with ease. My foster mom has outsmarted my escape skills. My best home would have a human around a lot and a high fenced yard. Another dog would be great . I am learning to bark, but don't do it often. I have a weird squeak, which I use when I am left alone or I don't like something. I stop and am quiet after about 10 min. though. I am housebroken, leash trained and am learning that being in a big crate at night and at other short periods is ok. They say Parsons Jack Russell's are smart, and I am. I want you to teach me more things. They say give me a job. I weigh 15#, am 14' at the shoulder, am muscular and eat well. I am approx. 10 mo to 1 year. Can we have a long term relationship? Forever? If you are not secure and committed to adding me long term, then please don't. Also, no apartments please.
