About Clayton

Clayton was found in a trailer park in Alabama and nobody claimed him. He was definitely living in a home with a family who loved him so not sure why they didn't find him. He is nothing but sweet and mellow. Age: about 10 years old Breed: Hound Mix Current Weight: 50 lbs Dog friendly? Yes! Clayton lives with small and large dogs and does great with all of them. Cat friendly? Not sure, but I'd guess he is fine with them. He is so mellow. Kid friendly? Yes House-training: He is 98% trained but has tried to mark in foster home because the home has some female dogs so he currently wears a male wrap in the home. Crate-trained: Yes. but is 100% fine being left out Energy level: Low. short walks and long naps are his favorite thing. History: Clayton was found as a stray in Alabama but must have had a loving family. He arrived in Wi on August 14th. Best features: That handsome face. He loves to chill on the couch and dog beds. Clayton follows his foster dad around the house and loves attention. He has no resource guarding and is as perfect as they come. He is healthy and is looking for his retirement family. Claytons hearing is not great, but don't let that deter you. Clayton is fostered in Fitchburg, WI and is available for adoption through Ma, Paws, & Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. Hee is microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, and current on flea/tick and heartworm
