Arf! Arf, everyone! I'm Mac, a sweet, friendly, social, and playful 18-pound red Chihuahua mix fella who was born in September 2017. I'm a lover who gives kisses and does best with lots of close family contact. In fact, cuddling in someone's lap is my favorite spot and where I require plenty of quality time. I'm great with all hoomans and other dogs but especially love kids since I'm very treat-driven and kids give the best snacks. I love spending time outdoors either walking on a leash or patroling the fenced back yard to make sure the squirrels stay out. Foster Mom has to be on guard when she opens the front door because I'm a 'door dasher' who likes to dart out and run free. When I'm thoroughly exhausted from my outdoor playtime or walk, I like to snuggle in blankets or laundry. I'm always trying to help Foster Mom around the kitchen -- just in case a tasty morsel drops by mistake! I do great when Foster Mom takes me in the car with her when she runs errands. And best of all, I'm in great health! My only problem is that Foster Mom is moving to a farm with no fence and needs to find a new home for me. Arrange to meet me today! I promise that you'll fall in love with me because I'm so affectionate and fun-loving. Mac is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, heartworm negative, crate-trained, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250 for dogs older than 9 months. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
