Tommy found himself in need of a loving home when his previous guardian was moving interstate, leaving him and his sister Lily at the adoption center. Tommy and Lily both have bilateral cataract issues that require surgery. Despite the challenges he faces and the heartache of missing his former family, Tommy is a sweetheart who longs for a new forever home where he can share his boundless love and receive the care he needs.
