All About Astro He is a 2 year young boy, medium/large frame, 62 pounds Adopted from Orange Co FL Animal Services 8/8/23. His only prior owner mostly kept him in the house for his first 2 years, and then moved out of state and could not take him with We adopted him from the last chance animal list using all the data the shelter had and our many observations. Unfortunately he continues to be too agressive with our 10 year old Scottie and 2 cats. Behavior training may be helping Had a complete check up by our vet on 8/9/23. Continues to be very healthy Energetic fun loving personality, good with adults and still learning about with kids Loves walks, playing catch and fetch, swimming with a vest. It's important he gets vigorous exercise like open running Very alert and smart, responds well to praise and treats. Very obedient and is quick to follow commands such as come, with me, sit, stay, down, halt, stay, easy, your place and go to sleep Teachers 'pet' in his behavioral training class Extremely loyal and likes to be with his family including touching a family member when snoozing. We will work hard to find and select owner(s) who will appreciate all he is, love him and consistently meet his needs Requirements Re homing fee $100, references, in home visit with all family living there, contact your vet about your pets, monthly visit in home first 3 months, take pet back if doesn't work out in 3 months Preferences Live within 10 miles and allow visits, continue with our trainer per his recommendations
