About Nakona

My name is Nakona. I am approximately 2 years old. I am a very energetic Great Dane/Catahoula mix. I love to play, tug, play ball, run and love on people. I am not good with other dogs, as I have a very dominant personality. I don't know what I would do with a cat, either...I am large, at 85 pounds, so small children would be difficult for me to be around with my energy and size! But, I LOVE people. I may just need some training, regular exercise and love... to thrive! I was originally in a rescue until I was about 8 months old, where my mom adopted me. I have been with her since 6/2022. When my mom had a baby and had to move home, I was not allowed to go because they had other dogs there. I have been hanging out with my friends at a vet clinic/pet hotel since my mom left. I am ready to have a family of my own and a yard to run in! I love my friends here, but I'm going a little stir crazy! I am spayed, up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm/flea/tick prevention.
