Meet Rosie This young 12-week-old puppy is ADORABLE! Rosie is a fun-loving lab mix. We believe she may be mixed with Australian Kelpie (Those ears!!) She is an absolute sweetheart. She LOVES everything - people, dogs, strangers, kids, cats. She has such an outgoing and confident personality - personality plus for this one. She will keep you smiling and laughing, just an easy-going and silly girl. She is affectionate, friendly, sweet, energetic (what puppy isn't?), curious and gentle. She loves giving puppy kisses and jumping in your lap. Rosie has the most adorable ears and the cutest face. She is just precious. All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with a current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out-of-state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship, nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also rescued from local and area Animal Controls. The facility usually operates at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open. Adoptions and meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only. Complete an application and someone will be in touch just as soon as they can.
