About Ellie

Ellie came to us from the reservation in Browning. This poor stray girl had found a home to get underneath and have her puppies. The homeowner asked for help and help tried to get this momma and her pups out of there several times and were finally successful at rescuing her and the puppies. Puppies are about 5 weeks old and are faring well. Momma has been spayed and is now recovering in our care and ready for her new home. She is a bit thin so we have been giving her good food (with a bit of yummy canned food) to help her recover muscle and become the beauty she is meant to be. We think she is a collie mix as she is mostly white with a few brown spots on her head. She has a lovely long nose and likely will have a beautiful soft coat once she is filled back out. She has been out on leash walks and does just fine and will do great with consistency. She is a tiny bit reserved as can be expected with the changes she has been through. We feel that this girl will become a terrific family dog and an absolute love to the family she can finally bond with. Ellie is up to date on vaccinations and has also been micro-chipped.
