Welcome Charlie to the FHL Family. He comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter as a stray. Charlie is a middle aged 6-8 year old, 18 lb, small Beagle. He is not neutered but will be scheduled soon. He is sooooo sweet and loves to give love. He has had his shots, rabies and is microchipped. He is crate trained and appears to be housebroken. He gets along with all size dogs and the cat in foster. Charlie is definitely a Beagle and makes all those cute Beagle sounds.
