My wife and I got Scout in the Spring of 2020. She has been a fantastic dog for us and we love her dearly. She is an absolute sweet heart, very athletic, and low maintenance when she is able to be outside. She loves frisbee, trail running, and is well trained with a variety of commands. She is also good with cats, other dogs (after she has been introduced) and other animals. However we are expecting our first child in November and we've come to the difficult conclusion that we will have to rehome Scout. If you don't respect her space she can be reactive and will nip. We've worked with a dog trainer and while this has gotten better, she's not at the point where we could completely trust her with a baby crawling around the house, potentially invading her space. We are looking for a new home for her - somewhere with adults or older children who are able to respect her space, and ideally somewhere she has access to a yard outside as she is extremely easy with outdoor access, and stays close to home. We want her to find the best home possible.
