About Apollo

Breaks my heart to post this but we've decided we need to find a new home for our baby Apollo. He needs to be an only dog or with someone who has the time to work with him on his aggression. We adopted him a year ago but recently he has been fighting with our other pup Zeus. I'm by myself the majority of the time and can't be breaking up a fight between two 100+ pound dogs. He's never actually bit another dog, just pins them and growls at them. He's the sweetest cuddliest dog ever which makes this even harder. The perfect definition of I shouldn't be a lap dog but I am lol he's great with kids also and has never shown aggression towards people. He is very submissive 95% of the time even to our other dog. We aren't sure what causes his outburst, they are completely unprovoked. He's a purebred Great Pyrenees and weighs about 120lbs. He's 1.5, neutered and chipped. He is due for his next rabies shot. Apollo is fully crate and potty trained. He has free roam of the house all day/night and only goes in his crate when we're cleaning or he's muddy. I am charging a $50 adoption fee because he comes with a specialized crate, elevated dog food bowl, collar, leash and some toys. He would make a great family dog as he LOVES kids.
