About PICO

Wags Rescue welcomes Pico! This 54 lb collie/hound mix is nothing short of a miracle. He came to us at 30 lbs, starved, no hair and horrific mange. Look at him now! He shines. He's a joyful boy who enjoys his human's companionship. He's always happy and smiling. He's done well with his playmates and loves some outdoor, rolling and running. He's now neutered, utd on vaccines and microchipped. Pico is about 3 years old. His previous family was very negligent in his care so we will now make sure his new family is all about love and good health. I've seen pics of his canine brother and he looks to be collie mix.
