My partner and I have reached a point that we are traveling often for work and feel he's not getting the full-time, consistent care he deserves. It's very difficult decision but we think it will be best for Snacks long-term. Snacks loves the ball, going on walks, swimming, and pretty much anything outdoors. He does have some leash aggression, and needs extra patience with dogs upon first meeting. He currently prefers two-on-one or one-on-one dog interactions. It is a case by case scenario, but he really does love dog company and has a few consistent dog friends. With humans, he is wonderful with kids, teenagers, young energy. With adults, he is more weary. He just needs someone to understand his nervousness and keep him in a routine that respects his boundaries. It breaks my heart to write this but I know it's the best decision. Looking for someone to LOVE him the way that he needs.
