**URGENT- Need Foster/Adopter ASAP!** Meet Oatmeal! Oatmeal was rescued from a rural NC shelter on the day he was supposed to be euthanized. Our rescue took him in and wanted to give him a chance at life. We are happy we did! This boy is thriving and absolutely loves people. Oatmeal is a stunning approx 1 year old is 62 lbs! He is very happy and did well on his dog test with a large female dog at the shelter. He was definitely interested in her and playful. Oatmeal is house-trained and good on walks. He loves to snuggle when in the house. He is fine being in a crate when you're home, but he has slight separation anxiety when you leave him, so nothing a peanut butter kong won't fix! Or something to occupy him when left alone! Oatmeal would really love it if his furever home has someone who's home quite a bit, at least initially until he knows he is safe and isn't going to be abandoned again. This cutie is fully vetted and will be neutered by the rescue prior to adoption. So, if you or someone you know are interested in adopting Oatmeal. Please contact KENNEDY by email or text at (802)673-9026. [NOTE: Oatmeal is currently being temporarily fostered in the South. Transport will be scheduled for him to be brought to the Northeastern states for serious adopters only.]
