About Oakley (LF-TN)

Meet Oakley! Oakley is a handsome Lab/Shepherd mix pup. Oakley is about 1.5 yrs old now, likely born in late September 2021. Oakley needs someone with patience and understanding to continue to gain trust and get past his fear of strangers. Oakley will need a fenced yard and ideally another dog in the home to play with and to help him feel safe! No cats, he is already too interested in them! He loves the yard but is fearful on the leash. Oakley can be tentative around new people and places but once he knows he's safe his sweet, silly personality starts to shine. He enjoys hanging out in the backyard and absolutely loves playing with toys! He's working on basic obedience and does very well in his crate (it's his safe zone!). Oakley has been neutered and has all his shots plus a microchip. Oakley weighs ~ 70 pounds. Oakley is currently in New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $400. *Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heartworm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption. *Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from.
