Meet Cori (and Megara)! Cori is a 7 year old Black Mouth Cur mix. She is very energetic and loves to play and run. Cori and her fur-sibling Megara are the unfortunate victims of a divorce and need to be rehomed. Megara is 8 years old and is a lab/Mastiff mix. These two are very bonded and basically inseparable. They exhibit separation anxiety when apart. We will try our hardest to keep them together. Both dogs are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, HW negative and are current on Proheart 12. Cori suffers from seasonal allergies and requires cytopoint shots several times a year to keep them at bay, however she does still lick a lot. She eats sensitive skin and stomach dog food and Megara eats it too since that is easiest although she doesn't have any allergies! While Megara enjoys being outside and going on adventures, she is more of a cuddly girl who prefers to lay on the couch beside you. Cori may eventually need ACL surgery as she has a partial tear in her left ACL. She is not limping or favoring it currently. Interested potential adopters can discuss this further with the rescue. The girls are currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $500 which includes a health certificate and costs for their transport north. *Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heartworm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption. *Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging!
