About Iris

Iris is a sweet little girl who is hesitant to the unknown and loyal to her owner. We are looking for a new home for Iris because of a change in family dynamics. Iris is not a fan of little children and is slow to warm up to strangers. Iris grew up with another dog, but has not been socialized with other dogs much in her life. We would advise caution to anyone adopting that has children or other animals in the house. In a prospective home we would like Iris to be with a family that is active and can give her lots of exercise. We would also like a family that is patient in learning her behaviors and personality. Once Iris gets to know you she is very affectionate and protective.
