About Melon

For the love of melons, give this boy a home!��%8D���%8D���%8D� Mister Melon is a year and two months old who was rescued from a serious neglect situation. His heart is full of gratitude and love, making for the upmost loyal companion. He ADORES people, long walks, snuggles, and to just be by your side. Other dogs, medium sized and bigger, have appeared to be ok, though it takes him a moment to become accustomed (this most likely a result of being alone, tied up to a porch his entire life with little to no interaction with other animals). Smaller dogs, cats, or small animals are an NO, fueling aggression, bringing out the Hulk. He's an old soul who is gentle and kind. I would keep him, but I have a cat. I also don't have a schedule that allows me to give him the time and attention he deserves. If you want to be blessed forever and make Melon yours, make sure your schedule allows walks in the beginning, middle, end of day, and night. He's a ham of a fella, and needs exercise and fresh air.
