About Walter

Walter is a Texas rescue mutt I've had for four years. He is loyal, calm, and would snuggle you all day long if he could. He is excellent with cats and my other female dog and my children. However, my home is becoming increasingly busier and louder as my kids grow, and it's proving to be extremely stressful for him. He needs to live in a low traffic, quiet home. He also has pretty bad separation anxiety so he needs to have an owner that mainly works from home. He is not the kind of dog that needs lots of exercise/walks as he gets anxious in the 'outside' world. This is not an easy decision to make, but he is increasingly stressed out due to our busy lives and I do not feel like this is fair for him. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks for reading!
