About Nanala

The pros: Nanala is a gorgeous 5 year old female who came into our care. She is a calm easy going lady who generally likes to lay at your feet. She is excellent on leash. Tolerant of cats and other dogs if they keep their distance. Same goes for kids. She hasn't shown aggression towards either. She respects those who respect her personal space. She disappeared from her original owner two years ago and due to his current circumstances he doesn't want her back. The Cons: We do not know any of her history over the last two years. While she is great on leash, she is a bolter and an escape artist. She is tolerant to a point, once she reaches that point she will mouth you, I won't call it a bite...she grabs you hard enough to get your attention but not hard enough to hurt you; keep in mind we have only had her a few days. She would do best in a quiet home as an only pet. If it wasn't for the fact that we have toddlers who refuse to obey pet boundaries we would keep her.
