Meet Bullet! About 6 Years Old Male Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix Hi everyone! I'm Bullet! My owner was a young man who trained me to be a hunting dog and I LOVE TO HUNT! Unfortunately, they are in a situation where their life has changed and have asked Safe Haven Dog Rescue to find me a new forever family. I'm neutered, up to date on all my vaccines, and healthy as a horse. I have an innate ability to track scents and have remarkable agility and determination. My natural hunting instinct makes me a focused companion, always eager to engage in mentally stimulating activities. I'm loving, intelligent, confident, and enjoy interacting with humans. I'm not one to chill out all the time and lay around the house. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy a long nap after a good workout or a day of hunting, but don't count on me to be a couch potato! I'm also available for the Foster to Adopt program. While you foster, Safe Haven provides all the supplies and any vetting needed. It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed.
