LOCATION: Dickson, Tennessee DOB: 02/11/2020 (Estimate) Hey! It's your lucky day today cuz you just found me and I've been looking for you! My name is Shiloh. Did you know that having a dog AND petting a dog is good for your health? And did you know that going on walks can be good for your heart? Guess what? I'm a DOG and I LOVE TO BE PET and I love going on LONG WALKS! What are the odds of that? I guess I'm a little mish-mash when it comes to my personality. I can be shy and timid but I can also get a little rambunctious when the feeling comes over me. Sometimes, when I'm feeling lovey, I will lay my head in your lap just so you know I'm there. I have a kennel-but I'm not thrilled with it. My foster mom has left me unsupervised in the garage when she's gone, and I've done fine. I may countersurf inside if given the opportunity. I am housetrained and leash trained. Mom thinks I probably wasn't an inside dog in my previous situation but I am finding being inside a home a nice place to be. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer-yeah, I think I can do this. Cats are okay. I have not lived with kids but I think I would like the older ones, maybe over 12 years old. And our meet and greets of course would require slow introductions and supervision. There was a time in my life where I was completely neglected and had to fight for attention and food, so I am unable to share my house with other dogs. But that's okay cuz then you get to be with me, me, me! I am really hoping to find a home where I can feel safe and loved. A large-breed owner who will not let me rule the roost would be amazing. I promise if you adopt me, I will do my best to be a good dog (Scout's Honor). I am learning everyday how fun it is to be loved by people.
