About Owen

Owen (3 (3 This adorable and silly approx 12 mth old bully mix is Owen. He looks like a bulldog and a beagle had some sort of late night rendez-vous. He is a solid medium sized dog with a permanent smile. Owen is dog friendly, people friendly, and when occasionally overwhelmed he would like to you snuggle and baby talk him to help him get over his fear (most recently getting in a car.....then having to get back out of it 15 min later). Once in the car he was a lovely passenger who mostly just sat on the back seat. He recently discovered toys and although he still isn't entirely sure of how to get them to squeak he is delighted when they do! Owen would love a family who understands the commitment of a young dog and is willing to work with him on training and socializing and helping him be his best self. If they appreciate his wiggly nub and meaty thighs and occasionally boop his nose then that would be best. Essentially he needs people as awesome as he is! Owen is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm tested negative. He is up to date on preventatives and will be microchipped prior to adoption. Interested?
