About Duke

URGENT Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Anderson, IN Duke is a 8 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs around 90 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Duke is good with dogs, cats and older children. No small children due to his reactivity! He bit a 2 year old child with special needs who was bothering him and put his face near him. He belonged to the owner's daughter, who passed away. She doesn't have the space to keep him, so he is living with a family member who has small children. He is being surrendered due to not doing well with their small children. He needs to find a new home by 9/17! If you think you can provide a great home for Duke, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Duke.
