About Tally

This cutie is Tally, a 7 months old Australian Cattledog pup who currently weighs 25 pounds. We think she will end up on the small side for the breed when she is done growing. Tally is a happy, curious puppy with a whole lot of love and devotion just bursting for her forever people! Tally knows her name. She does a pretty good 'sit' as well as 'up-up' to get in the car. She will enjoy a home that does some more training because she is quite attentive and picks up on what is happening and follows along. Out on the leash, Tally is well behaved. She warms up to strangers after just a moment. Given that, Tally loves everyone she's met so far in life: dogs large and small, cats, men and women, although she hasn't spent much time with kids. She could be okay in a home with older kids. At home, she exhibits an adorable range of grumbles, groans, excited yelps, and even a sharp bark when she feels something is amiss. She likes to be talking to her people. Tally will fetch but she loves playing tug-of-war, snuggling, and gnawing on deer antlers. She is a typical mouthy cattle dog puppy who is a ton of fun. Tally does has an overbite, but she doesn't let it hold her back! Tally is gentle and responsive, and will appreciate someone to be 'her person' and form a deep connection with.�%A0She will reward her person with kisses. She is a gem and her adopter will be lucky to be her person. Tally is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is located in SoCal and ready to meet adopters who can meet/adopt here. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
