We pulled Hendrix from a local shelter after he had been surrendered to them at half of his ideal weight. He put on weight while at the shelter (but a little too much weight). He is now a little too fluffy, so we are working on losing a couple pounds. He is currently enrolled in the 'cell dog' training program to learn some basics. Hendrix is about 2 years old and should weigh about 42 pounds. He appears housebroken and crate trained and does well with other dogs, cats and dog children.* His adoption fee is $ 250.00. He is neutered, fully vaccinated to included DHLPPC, Kennel Cough, Rabies, and Lyme and heartworm/lyme tested-negative, Microchipped with lifetime registration. If you want to meet Hendrix with hopes to make him part of your family, be sure to FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html ***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries. *Note: Ideally, ALL members of the family (canine and human alike) should be present for any meet and greet unless otherwise specified/discussed. Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion.
