FeeFee, as I have come to call her is a sweet dog. She has had a somewhat hard life however. My ex husband got her as a rescue from Tennessee where she was found wandering a forest for what they presumed was a week. Shipped up to Boston she found a new home w him and his 2 young preteen daughters. Unfortunately she was never properly trained but very loved and got along/lived with 2 cats for a time, a puggle and an aging dachshund with great success. Then cancer struck. Her favorite person and master got cancer. She stood by until he died unexpectedly from something else. Children grieving and family in turmoil, people in and out of the house, left alone 6 weeks I, the mother came along and she's become attached to me however I can't keep her. It breaks my heart. She is not as gentile as she once owas yet not aggressive, only guarding the homestead. She mostly sits in a wing backed chair looking forlorn. Waiting. She would love to run but lives in a town that doesn't allow 'Pitties'. She loves to snuggle, doesn't not bark unless warranted, does not beg, thinks she's a lap dog, can sniff out a rodent better than a trained professional, is loyal, loving and smiles. She admittedly does not come when called, can heed direction to sit but still not lay down. She is funny and sweet and deserves a loving master/companion. Thank you for reading.
