About Ada

When Ada first came into the shelter as a stray on 5/15/23, she was very scared and nervous to be here. She's since blossomed into a super sweet and attention loving girl! She loves to jump up and give people hugs so she can be closer to them while they pet her, but she's also been known to pancake herself to the ground while being pet as well. As long as she's being loved on she's happy. We could see this girl turning into quite the Velcro dog. She likes to stay by your side! Ada walks well on a leash without pulling, but she's not a huge fan of toys or treats and has an average energy level. She does seem to get along well with other dogs though! They bring out her playful side. She'd love a home with doggy friends. Ada is a 2YO Lab who came into the shelter as a stray on 5/15/23. She weighs 38 lbs.
