Ibis is a rare bird. She eats treats like they are corn on a cob. She nibbled small little bites out of the sides no matter the type of treat it was. Ibis moved slow that first day. Her feet were tender from wherever she had been and had trouble walking, even on the grass. Ibis let us exam her without hesitation and was fine with all over handling. The skin was missing from her pads but Ibis can recover from that. She's underweight so we spent most of the time giving out treats. Ibis has a gentle mouth and sits patiently. By the end of our time together, she felt comfortable enough to ask for treats and attention. Come meet her at the CACC shelter in Chicago! Adoptions take place daily from 12p-6p
