Roy is about 3 months old and weighs 15 lbs. He and his brother Siegfried were found on the side of a highway eating trash in 100 degree weather. Despite that they are both super happy and friendly. Roy walks right by my side and doesn't run off. He loves playing with other dogs, splashing in the water, and he is great with cats. He will stay medium sized. He will make a great family dog or adventure buddy for a couple or individual. He is currently still in Oklahoma, but can only be adopted out of state where people treat their animals well. We have transports every couple of weeks that go to WA state (Seattle/Tacoma), OR (Portland and Eugene), CO (Ft Lupton), WI and IL (Appleton is the final destination but can stop anywhere along the freeway), NY (Albany), and CT (Enfield). He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport. If things don't work out in your home, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go on the next transport back to Oklahoma. Vetting: Neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3 (or x 2 plus parvo test depending on timing of transport), dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm prevention. Adoption fee: $500 Adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176 www.facebook.com/desideratarescue Desiderata Rescue is Oklahoma Licensed Rescue #95
