Peaches is a sweet-tempered and social guy. He seems to be clever and is clearly a survivor in a tough outdoor environment. He was neutered in 2021. While he lives in an empty lot with a few other cats, he is the first to greet the humans that drop by to share food and love each day. Peaches has a friend who moves around with him there - 'Kareem'. Please see the posting on Kareem - they are a bonded pair and would ideally be adopted together as outdoor cats or as indoor/outdoor cats, if the situation evolves that way.
