About Ace

Hi we have 1 year old dog and he began having behavior issues after being left to get neutered and he came back frighten of strangers with a lump on his hip as if he was kicked. which then led to an incident with a family member that came to visit. He warned her by growling but she continued to reach out to pet him and he nipped her and drew blood. The owner of the dog is 18 and she doesn't have the resources to help him. He is a good dog with the people and kids he trust but because of the incident hes now nervous and now with strangers hes frighten and in defense mode.. not always but its a house full of women and he would definitely benefit from a home with a dominant owner. she can no longer keep him at the house she lives at and will have no choice but to put him down. We are desperate to give him another chance but just don't have that much time to find him a place to take him. If you could please help that would be great. He knows basic commands and I know he would benefit from training but again she is young with no resources and doesn't have much time to find him a home.
