***NEEDS FUREVER HOME*** Currently in Kimberly, ID This gorgeous, mellow, sweet, cuddly 15-month-old Great Pyrenees male named LOKI is taking applications for his furever family. LOKI is living in a foster home complete with adults, kids, teenagers, and other big dogs and cats. He is loving life! With a loving family to care for him, LOKI doesn't even think of escaping the yard, even when the gate is left open. FROM THE FOSTER FAMILY: 'He is so easygoing and gets along with the other dogs. He is not food aggressive and so even-keeled. We are working on sleeping in the house and leash walking. He slept all night last night without any accidents! He jumps slightly when excited but we are working on that as well. ' We are now looking for a home where LOKI can be part of a family. With that cute underbite, smile, and love for the camera, we believe that LOKI has a future modeling career. LOKI will be neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped for his furever family. Instead of doing his job, he escaped his enclosure by digging under fences or destroying gates. After trying everything for 3 months, the family kept him on a 4-foot tie-down. Volunteers convinced them that rescue and rehoming him would be best for all involved. Before rescue, LOKI was not allowed inside the house. He lived only outdoors with little dogs, cats, and sheep.
