About Dwight

Dwight is an incredibly loyal dog who is very loving and continent being a couch potato. He is the definition of a man's best friend. He will play fetch and play in the yard or just lay with you watching TV. Dwight enjoys the occasional walk and is pretty good on a leash with the proper commands. He absolutely loves being by your side and is a wonderful guard dog. The reason for rehoming is that he is very timid around my infant child. In fear that something may happen, I have decided to rehome Dwight. Dwight has passed a 'Aggressive Training' course. He was deemed not aggressive, but easily fearful; only reacting when feared. Dwight is especially good around women and most men, but does not have much experience with children. Once he has a good chance to warm up to you, you are his friend for life. He does well with other dogs, but tends to be more alpha. He especially loves a dog who enjoys being chased! Dwight has NEVER been around a cat. Dwight is current on all of his shots and is in excellent overall health. He is approximately 75lbs. Dwight is also microchipped. I have been his only owner since I adopted him at 6 months from a Humane Society in Tacoma, WA.
