About Lil Lady

My Chihuahua has 2 puppies and one still born. And, Lil Lady was born without the use of her front legs. I don't know why or what's wrong. I found her a home and was told she would be seen by Vet and that has not happened. I believe time is critical in case there's surgery that could correct. As she is growing, it seems her hind legs are having trouble now. I'm hoping to find some loving family who can afford to help Lil Lady. Please be 100% capable with time, finances and lots of love and the drive to help Lil Lady to live a fulfilled doggy life. She's so loving, likes to snuggle, is fearless and curious.
