'Bruce is missing one eye and was born blind in the other eye. we believe he is only partially blind in his remaining eye but we do not have the resources to pursue it further.' Owner reports: Bruce is being helped by a small rescue. He has a temporary foster, however, they can not keep him long term and so they are looking for other options for him. 'We are running out of time sadly. He is fully vetted, but we aren't worried about expenses�'�| We just want him safe and loved and to have a happily ever after. We are willing to help get him to anywhere he may need to go to achieve this!' Bruce is an indoor dog with the run of the house. He is reported to be house broken and leash trained. 'He has basic house skills and will come to your voice when called. He knows 'kennel up' and 'easy' when he gets excited�'�|he is very savvy at 'feeling out' new layouts and adapts very quickly.' Bruce is said to be outgoing, good with adults children of all ages, other dogs, cats and other animals. 'His foster owns multiple other large dogs. He was tested with small dogs, cats, young children, goats, and horses and did amazing with everyone. very 'social butterfly' personality. very curious but gentle.' 'He was cornered by the current foster's dominant male German Shep when he first entered the home and their dog gate system failed. He responded submissively but did hackle up. they has since been coexisting with no issues and bruce does not seek any negative interactions with other dogs. he just wants to get along with everyone.' 'We are willing to help with transport anywhere within the US to the best of our abilities.'
