Lucy has a medium energy level and is super cute; when she's excited, she does a funny little tippy-tappy-toe dance, mixed with lots of play bows and butt wiggles. Lucy enjoys long walks, lots of sniffing and sometimes she even points, showcasing her natural instincts. Lucy is housetrained and has been sleeping quietly in her crate all night. She even lies in it during the day when she's not outside. This sweet pup is comfortable with other dogs, happily joining them on walks. However, cats may not be the best fit for her as she likes to bark at them. On a leash, Lucy walks nicely, although her curiosity can lead her to pull when enticed by enticing scents. In the car, she rides comfortably in a crate. Lucy is a happy, playful dog who enjoys plush toys and doing lots of zoomies in the fenced yard. Lucy sits for her meals and is very compliant. While not officially trained, she will gladly come to you and do her best to please you, she definitely has a submissive personality and even sometimes will 'smile' to show her willingness to go with the flow. She is a great medium size and can go hiking all day with you or be content to lie by your feet. Her beautiful, short brindle coat is easy-care.
