Hi everyone, I'm Raleigh. Rumor has it that I was an abandoned hunting dog that may have had a couple litters of puppies, according to the vet. Anyway, I have been staying with my foster mama and adjusting to this new life. I love the long trail walks we go on, peanut butter in my kong toy, hanging out with foster mama's friends and fur babies, these things called pup cups (OMG I'm so glad my human loves Starbucks just as much as I do), and I love goodnight kisses and cuddles. I have had all necessary vet care up to this point and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time! However, due to my past of abandonment, I do suffer from separation anxiety and crate phobia. What can I say? I get FOMO and have trouble being alone. Foster mama and I have been working with a behavior specialist to help improve my anxiety and yes, I do take some medications to help too (who doesn't in today's world?) I would love a home with another animal for company, a yard, and someone who has time and patience to help me through this. I am an awesome dog but like us all, just have some things I need help working through. But gotta run, I see a pup cup coming my way!
